Order

By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. That you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

If any item ordered is not in stock at the time of placing your order and/or delivery to you, we may contact and advise you other options.

 

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Card. 
Once your payment has been approved, our order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

Standard Shipping

We offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10 to all Australian customers. All orders are dispatched within 2 or 3 business days.

 

Free shipping

All order over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping and handling, anywhere in Australia.

 

International delivery

To receive our items outside Australia, we will calculate the shipping cost and advice you of delivery options depending on the delivery address, so please email us at hello@minista.com.au.

 

Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on a full-priced item, in original conditions with its tags.
You need to contact and return to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
All customers need to provide postage at their own cost.
If the item is not in original condition, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

 

Sale items (including discount codes)

Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotion code or during a sale is non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be reversed into the original form of payment.
Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your credit card provider.
The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.

 

Faulty and damaged goods

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience cause by receiving a faulty product. Please advise us immediately by emailing hello@minista.com.au
